Lornham was founded in 2012 by Dominic Wertheimer who has an established reputation as a leading operator in Central London’s property market. Rupert Wertheimer joined in 2016 and heads up the highly successful property management department which covers both block management and tenancy management for landlords.

Our client base is as diversified as our property portfolio. Lornham’s reputation has led to us advising purchasers and landlords from Great Britain, Dubai, Hong Kong and even as far afield as Australia.

Dominic founded Lornham in 2012 having established himself as a leading operator in central London’s residential property market.

Previously Dominic had formed a successful property development company in Knightsbridge having previously worked for a Family Office in Mayfair and been an estate agent in Central London.

Aside from work Dominic enjoys travelling, squash, skiing and is regular member of his local Church.

Rupert joined Lornham in 2016 having spent more than 15 years working in the London property market.

Prior to Lornham Rupert led a team of property managers at a well known block management firm in Fulham. This followed management roles in London’s lettings markets covering South Kensington, Chelsea and Richmond.

When not working Rupert is a keen cyclist and wine enthusiast.

Sam oversees Lornham’s accounts both internally and also co-ordinating our client accounts.

He is a qualified accountant having held various financial, tax and operational roles for companies such as Procter & Gamble, Sony, Arista Records, Bertelsmann and Centrica.

Sam is an expert at advising real estate investors as to how to hold their property investments as well as compiling their annual tax returns.

Olivier joined Lornham in June 2023 with an impressive background in Property Management covering Residential blocks, commercial / office buildings, with a particular focus on the Facilities Management. He has an extensive array of qualifications and is a member of MIRPM, CIWFM, CIHM, FARLA, MNAEAcom and AssocRICS.

Before joining Lornham, he was responsible for one of the biggest mixed-use districts in the Greater London area. He especially enjoys being involved in H&S and compliance.

Outside of work, Olivier has been heavily involved in charitable activities as Chair and/or Trustee. Additionally, he enjoys swimming and outdoor activities.

Matt has recently joined Lornham bringing with him an impressive breadth of experience within the property management industry.

This includes the management of mixed tenure housing
developments, and more recently focusing on leasehold block management within the London market.

He enjoys  being involved in major works projects from inception through to completion with a particular interest in building surveying.

Lindsey joins our expanding block management team in the role of Property Manager, concentrating on properties in Prime Central London.

With 15 years of experience in the property industry, including sales and lettings, property management, commercial, and building management, she has cultivated a collaborative approach to relationship building along with strong negotiation skills that she will bring to her new position.

In her spare time, Lindsey  has a deep passion for travel and is currently taking on the challenge of learning Japanese.

Layla Nasraoui-Mellar joins Lornham into the role of Junior Property Manager in our Block Management team.

Layla brings outstanding relationship-building and problem-solving abilities to her position.

With a wealth of experience in Estate Management and a background in Operations, Layla has left a positive impression on both clients and colleagues with her innovative and logical approach to Block Management.

Fluent in Arabic, Layla is currently working to improve her reading and writing skills in the language.

In her spare time, Layla enjoys staying informed about global affairs and has a strong passion for photography.

We welcome Rupert Embleton-Smith into the role of  Property Manager, overseeing the Property Management side of our portfolio.

Rupert began his career as an agent in the Home Counties before moving on to London Real Estate Advisors, where he gained valuable experience in the diverse realms of real estate and private client culture.

Recently, Rupert has focused on Property Management, bringing a relationship-centric approach to his work along with a sharp attention to detail.

Outside of property management, Rupert composes in his free time, with his work featured worldwide on platforms such as BBC and ITV.

Tia joined Lornham in October 2021 as an experienced professional working in the real estate market. She enjoys the industry and is an invaluable member of the team supporting our block managers to ensure our administrative side of the business is up to date and compliant.

When she is not working, Tia loves entertaining with her friends and enjoying the great outdoors.

Samantha joined Lornham in 2022 as an experienced administrator to support the block management team with all aspects of administration.

Sam very much enjoys problem-solving, looking after clients and has a keen eye for detail and has fast become an invaluable member of the team.

She is passionate about animals and animal welfare, in her spare time volunteers at shelters and fosters animals in need. Sam also loves cooking and baking and is an aspiring MasterChef one day.

Nicolene Campbell joined Lornham Property in March 2024 as a Property Assistant, where she specialises in the administration and finance department. With a background that includes experience at a commercial real estate company and work as a fire consultant, Nicolene brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role. She is known for her strong attention to detail and passion for numbers, which are particularly evident in her primary responsibility of managing the Leaseholders Service Charge accounts.

Outside of her professional life, Nicolene is an avid billiards pool player and competitor. As the captain of her league team, she is not only dedicated to her own game but also committed to developing and promoting ladies’ pool as a recognised sport.

Her multifaceted interests and skills reflect her dynamic personality and drive for excellence both in her career and in her leisure activities.
